Two companies working together!
Brent Jansen Plumbing Ltd., and MnR Hardscaping Inc. have teamed up to provide a complete water line replacement service. On one side you get a licensed plumber who will work with your municipality to make sure that your water line is done to code and with all the necessary permits. On the other side, you get a hardscaping company with all the equipment necessary to install your new line in the most efficient manner possible.
Tools and Experience
Between both companies we have all the tools and experience necessary to get the job done right.
Brent Jansen Plumbing Ltd has five plumbing vans outfitted with every plumbing tool under the sun. They are able to bring whatever they need to the site and call for back up if needed.
MnR Hardscaping Inc. has everything from a dump truck to a full ton GMC with a dump trailer. They will show up on site with a Bobcat 418 or Bobcat MT55 with a powered trencher. Their machines can break, cut, or remove concrete, asphalt or dirt. Then they'll haul away the mess and go get some new sand and new soil to bed your new line in.
If you have a front yard that you are super proud of we can even bring tarps and plywood to keep it looking great after we've done our work.
MnR Hardscaping is also a Level II certified irrigation installer with IIABC. So if you have an irrigation system, we can work around it, fix it, or adjust it if it's in the way.
Having the right tools and experience means we get the job done quickly and properly. In most cases, we'll be done in a day. You may even be without water for only a few hours.

Water Line Replacement
You’re busy — don’t let a leaking water line ruin your week. Victoria Water Line has the proper equipment and experience to locate, repair or replace your water line quickly. If there is water getting into your basement, or if you are without water, we can probably be there tomorrow morning.
Hardscaping
MnR Hardscaping Inc. is an expert in interlocking brick, irrigation and landscaping.
We can work around your walkway or driveway. Or, if we need to go under your interlocking brick walkway or driveway we can take it apart and rebuild it and you'll never notice a difference after we're done.
Inside the House
While we are replacing the outside waterline we'll also be upgrading the inside line. That probably means a pressure reducer and a expansion tank. We can install a new water heater as well if needed. Either way, whatever we do will be done properly, to code and inspected by the relevant municipality when complete.
